Sarah Chiapparro is a chef, business owner, mother, and longtime Oshawa entrepreneur.

With more than 30 years of experience building spaces where people gather, connect, and feel welcome. Through her work in hospitality and community focused businesses, she has seen firsthand how thoughtful public spaces, local culture, and strong neighbourhood connections shape everyday life.

She believes Oshawa’s growth should be people focused; supporting connected communities, local business, the arts, and public spaces that make the city more livable for families, seniors, workers, students, and future generations.

Sarah is running for Ward 2 because she believes practical experience, community connection, and human centered thinking deserve a stronger voice in how Oshawa grows.
